Belstaff Returns Policy
We are currently experiencing some unexpected delays with our returns. We’re so sorry for this, but as soon as your return has been processed we will send you a refund confirmation email. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please email our customer services team who will be happy to help.
Complimentary returns are offered on all online purchases.
A request to return merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order. Once the return request is granted, you (the customer) will be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which will enable you to schedule a return at your convenience. Please note: all returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the date the Return Authorization Number is granted.
All returned merchandise must retain all of its original packaging and security tags. We are unable to accept your goods back without the security tag. We do not accept worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise.
You must have the original commercial invoice that you received with your order, to give to the courier making the collection.
It is not currently possible to return an online order to a Belstaff store.
