*Orders are sent from our stores and fulfilment centres based in the UK and Europe, all last order time and dates are in UK time.
**Express delivery is not available for select destinations and for orders being fulfilled by a Belstaff store.



Please kindly note that your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking numbers for each shipment. We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times above. Estimated delivery times are also dependant on the acceptance of your order. For any additional information on the status of your order please contact us.

+Can I change my address?

To prevent fraudulent orders we are unable to change the shipping address provided. However if your order has just been placevd it may be possible to cancel and replace it using another address. Please contact us for assistance.

+Do I need to pay any taxes or duties? 

We deliver to a number of our international destinations on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis. This means all import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included in your final checkout payment. Where possible, applicable duty will be displayed once all the shipping information has been entered. Please note if this information is not displayed at checkout you are liable to pay these fees when your order arrives.

+How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre or store, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number.You can check the progress of your delivery at anytime through My Account

+When will I receive my pre-order? 

Any items placed on pre-order will be clearly marked at checkout, with an estimated dispatch date from our distribution centre or store. Please note, this is an estimated dispatch date and your actual delivery may be earlier or later than initially advised.

+Can I cancel a pre-order?

You can cancel a pre-order up to the point your order is ready to dispatch from our distribution centre or store. Please contact us to cancel your order.
