Introducing Jackson Boxer
Jackson Boxer has an illustrious culinary heritage as the grandson of cookery writer Arabella and the son of Charlie, novelist and owner of Italo deli in Vauxhall.
Jackson has written for The Guardian and The Financial Times and is currently working on his first book. As well as being asked to host numerous pop-ups for brands, gallery openings and album launches, he regularly takes part at food festivals around the UK.His latest adventure has been the opening of a new restaurant, St Leonards, in Shoreditch, where he cooks innovative, but classic dishes. This love of tradition isn’t limited to just food, however… “What I love about Belstaff is the sense of agelessness,” he says of his Outlaw jacket. “It’s a classic silhouette.”
